More than $5m worth of crystal meth found by border officials disguised as watermelons

More than $5m worth of methamphetamines were seized in California after they were disguised as hundreds of watermelons, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency said.

A man has been referred to the Homeland Security Investigations agency after 1,220 packages which were made to look like the fruit were found in his tractor-trailer.
