A fishing boat that left its slip in Cape Cod on Sunday has been located in Cape Cod Bay on Wednesday, the Mass. Environmental Police confirmed. It’s unclear if the unidentified bodies are those of the boat’s captain, Shawn Arsenault, 64, and his girlfriend, Felicia Daley, 54.
